This is a jogging and exercise experience that will revive your body, soul, and spirit (Must be physically fit to attempt this regimen). Jog between each of the 12 Gates of Prayer, stopping at each to read the scriptures aloud and perform these exercises:
Gate 1- Stretching exercises, reach your hands towards heaven, twist and shout!
Gate 2- Jog in place for one minute while praying in the Spirit.
Gate 3- Bend over and touch your toes and then lift your hands high, 12 times.
Gate 4- Dance before the Lord hopping twice on one foot and then the other for one minute (count to 30).
Gate 5- Sit on the bench and extend your legs one at a time, 12 reps each leg.
Gate 6- Throw an imaginary rock into the river, 12 times with each arm.
Gate 7- Looking across the lagoon at the Bridge of Thanksgiving, press up on your tip toes 24 times.
Gate 8– Do 12 jumping jacks.
Gate 9- Make your hands into fists and punch out towards the lagoon, 12 reps each.
Gate 10- Bend over with fists extended, then pull them up to your chest in a rowing motion 12 times.
Gate 11- Extend your hands towards heaven and rotate in small circles 12 times.
Gate 12- Sit on the bench, bow your head, then roll it to the right in a circular motion 12 times around.
Return to Gate 1 and finish your workout by reciting THE LORD’S PRAYER through memory or from Matthew 6:9-13
